Beautiful space, friendly service, and the flakie is life changing!
Love this place
I visited this well done bakery, but service is very bad, i was waiting sitting for a menu, but it was like I was ignored by the waitress, she saw me 4 times, and never ask if I want anything, she just walk away the 4 times, the place didn't was busy at all, at the end I just walked out of this pie guys. I don't know if because i was in my work outfit or else, but I sad when business losses that spark of customer service.
Fantastic. A place everyone should experience in Port Colborne. Will be back.
Long wait to order to go, cookies were stale and the coffee station ran out of milk and cream.

Lady barista with lots of tats rude and unfriendly. All I did was touch the glass barrier protecting the baked goods. Owners should carefully consider the future of this employee. Cappuccino was not bad but as is usual, roast was dark and unpleasant.
Always the best experience! The staff is WONDERFUL, the food is AMAZING & the new location is very beautiful! Our whole family LOVES having lunch here & it’s also a great place to just pick up a great cup of coffee with some delicious treats! 10/10 recommend to anyone in the Niagara Region!! 🙌

Excellent... excellent store of delicious baked goods...friendly team members....
Very nice friendly people, good service and we tried a few sandwiches all of which were good. In particular the Reuban sandwich was good as well as the beet sandwich was a surprisingly delicious vegetarian options (maybe vegan idk)
