One of your team members, Alexis, at the window is extremely rude. Absolutely no smile, no manners. This is the second time she has been incredibly rude, shoved the food and coffee into my hand and given improper change back. Unsure if she cannot do math or is profiting for tips. Why she works in customer service is beyond me. 0 stars for her. 3 stars because I do enjoy tim hortons coffee and food. Perhaps better training is in order for some of your employees.
You guys do a good job for the most part. Fairly good customer service. However I don't think you are doing the chi-tea correctly. You are supposed to put the boiling water on the bag so it can be drawn then add the milk instead of putting the milk first on the bag. That makes absolutely no sense. And please stop serving cold and Luke warm. I like it hot so I can sip it instead of on gulp. Come on now. I have gone to stores where even 4×4 is hot. Let's keep up the high...
