My wife and I had an excellent dinner at Schofields last night. The escargot was mushroom stuffed with a tasty cheese topping. Our entree’s came out quickly, because we told the server we were hungry. Both plates were piping hot. The two piece English style fish and chips was crisp and tasty as I ever got in England. What an absolutely wonderful bistro right in the heart of Port Dover. The decor was so tastefully done, the washroom was clean, the service was great and the food was just delicious. How we missed this place before I don't know but we will have try the dinner menu to see if it is as good as the brunch we had. I absolutely love the food at this small quaint restaurant. It was nice that the chef Dwayne came out to our table to make sure everything was done perfectly. The food, service and atmosphere makes this one of my favourite restaurants.
