“I simply want to say that I have the upmost respect for Alex the manager I was in a situation where I needed to book a room at the last minute on 14 April and inadvertently booked it on the 28th by mistake when I arrived at the hotel, the door was locked and it was my mistake that I didn’t call the number to get someone to come to the locked door but after having a very nice conversation with the manager, he agreed to refund me my money and recognize that I clearly made a mistake in the booking date. We didn’t actually get a chance to see inside the location, but from where I stood, it looked very clean and welcoming if ever in the area, please make sure you check this property out and have a wonderful stay there.“
