“Great food , friendly staff“
“Had the pleasure of stopping in the Blue Mountain location. Food was great and the beer is fantastic (many choices available). A main highlight were the servers, Kyra, Anna, Jess and Bea. Friendly, sweet, helpful and entertaining. As part of our 40th anniversary craft beer road trip, Northwinds and especially the staff were the highlights! I think they need a raise. “Had an incredible dinner at Tholos in Blue Mountain. I ordered the moussaka, which came with a fresh Greek salad—warm, comforting, and absolutely a must-have. My boyfriend had the rack of lamb, and it was perfectly cooked and completely melt-in-your-mouth.
We finished with the baklava cheesecake, which was just the right level of sweetness, with a rich, delicious texture.
On top of the food, the service really stood out—our waitstaff were friendly, attentive, and right on time with everything.
Overall, one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Completely worth the price and I would go back in a heartbeat.“

“Andrew was our server for my mom’s retirement party, and he truly made the experience special. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire event. His presence added such a positive energy to the celebration, and he went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt taken care of. We really appreciated his warmth and attention to detail—he played a big part in making the night memorable. Highly recommend! The food was of such great quality and freshness it was a real treat on this special day.“
