“Had the pleasure last night of eating at Prime once again, and once again you didnt disappoint. The Food was Fantastic, I ordered the special Artic Char. Its was Amazing! Plus I was lucky enough to sit beside a couple of friends that couldnt finish there meals so I also indulged in the rib eye, the Tuscan Chicken pasta, and the Butter Chicken. It was all so DELICIOUS! The Staff is amazing and my Guiness was never empty! Also got a surprise treat with a Lychee Martini, what a refreshing tasty drink, I totally recommend. Just to name drop our server was Amal and he was on point with his service and his helper Sienna was a great help too. Martin the bartender kept the drinks flowing, thanks again for the martini! The owner Sylvain was his amazing self, making everyone feel comfortable, he even taught us some wonderful wine facts and made the mood light and inviting. Every time I come to Prime Seven Nine, its an amazing experience.........I fully recommend this place for lunch or dinner if your in the Collingwood area, and the patio ROCKS as well on a beauty day. Thx again Prime for an amazing experience!“

“Steven and his team were incredible for a catered party/dinner! Everyone raved about the food, they handled allergies well, they made things extremely easy as a host, and cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell there was a party. Thank you Mamacita! Can’t wait to use them again!“

“I am addicted to the taco salad here! 🤤 everything is so fresh and delicious. gluten free donuts were amazing too! my neice and her boyfriend enjoyed their food also. Most definitely recommend if you want healthy delicious food options.“

“The restaurant’s layout is elegant and charming, with both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of space.
The prices are on the expensive side, but the staff is professional, friendly, and provides fast service.
The dishes I tried were okay, its taste was not very special.“

“Had the pleasure of stopping in the Blue Mountain location. Food was great and the beer is fantastic (many choices available). A main highlight were the servers, Kyra, Anna, Jess and Bea. Friendly, sweet, helpful and entertaining. As part of our 40th anniversary craft beer road trip, Northwinds and especially the staff were the highlights! I think they need a raise. Had the pleasure of stopping in the Blue Mountain location. Food was great and the beer is fantastic (many choices available). A main highlight were the servers, Kyra, Anna, Jess and Bea. “We enjoyed a lovely late afternoon lunch, beginning with the ever popular saganaki, followed by a variety of pasta, chicken pita and paninis. All were well prepared and delicious. Thank you to our server who was attentive, courteous and gracious. We were entertaining our granddaughter and her friend with a day of skiing and were very pleased with the gracious service, food and ambience. Tholos is always on our dining list when we visit Blue Mountain Village.“

“Thank you Side Launch for being the kindest and most welcoming place to grab a pint! We came along to Thursday night trivia four weeks in a row as a big group of 20-30 year olds who are here in Canada on a working holiday visa and were welcomed every time with open arms and such a warm, friendly environment. Special thanks to Nancy and Shelby behind the bar, you guys are real life angels. If you want to support a local business in Collingwood, we can’t recommend Side Launch enough!!
