Wouldn't even give them one star. Worst kfc ever. Never have anything, They make up their own hours and only serve you when it's convenient for them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They make you wait an hour in drive thru to tell you at the window that they don't have what you ordered. Save yourself and go to Cobourg - better service and they actually have food. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

We placed an online order, Google says it's open till 10, KFC website says it's open till 9... Well, they were closed before that... They still took our money through the online ordering system. We're expecting to get a refund, but I don't understand how the business operates like this. It's a joke.It's a pain to cancel the order too.

We got lunch through the drive thru on our way past town and it was shockingly good! The wait was a bit longer for the food, but it was well worth it for what we got. The chicken sandwiches were huge and delicious, and the fries were very fresh. Top notch!

So I picked up the festive box lunch today at the port hope kfc , basically a Big Crunch sandwich with stuffing and chicken nuggets and a pop . $20 . I asked the girl if I could change my pop for a gravy instead but she says they are not allowed to do that anymore. . That’s ridiculous, the cost of pop versus a tiny gravy is 0 . But the bean counters over there decided that is was cutting in to there profits, what a crock . Loose a customer to Popeyes for something like that . Good for you guys . Keep up the good work !

Grt told they dont have gravy at 640 pm .Order pick up and get told my wOrder will be 15 mins longer then the time i already waited and arrived at ... then watch the same order go out the window.... place is a joke and the franchise needs to be pulled cause its obvious the owners do not csre about brand standards.Then get home to find out they sceewed up the order

Got there at approx. 715 pm. Asked for 10 pieces of chicken and 10 tenders. They told me they only have 5 pieces of chicken and they were out for the night. I asked what time they close and was told 8 pm. I don't understand why you can't buy chicken at a chicken restaurant when they actually close at 9 pm.Add insult to injury, it cost me 53 dollars and 3 pieces of chicken were wings. Man do I feel ripped off.

Lady at the counter is always friendly, neat she likes Slipknot! Place is usually clean, surprised not many people dine in during lunch hours.
I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner. The chicken was dry and the skin was burnt. And to think I paid $11.50 for this garbage. I swear to god I will never ever eat at KFC again!

Horrible service the man on front counter was new and seemed to have 0 training and 0 help from any of the other employees, floor in the dining room was extremely sticky, no glove practice in the back, got the 3 for 3.49 chicken nuggets and they were the size of a popcorn chicken and were dry as a bone, both mine and my husbands chicken was extremely greesy like dripping and to top our experience off my young son has been horribly sick to his stomic won't be back forsure....
