My go to KFC for my area!
This visit nail it . . . Service was super fast . . . was in and out within 10 minutes.
Food is great, but the service is not amazing. Every time I have been my food has been delayed/late and the staff is not very welcoming. Also, I have been with my friends and the door was open and we ordered but there was no staff and we had been waiting for our food for around 30 minutes. Slightly disappointed but overall the food is great.

KFC offers a satisfying dining experience with huge and delicious chicken sandwiches and fresh fries. The restaurant is clean, with the inside kept tidy and the washrooms well-maintained. It is located in Port Hope, Ontario, adjacent to a strip mall that includes Regina’s pizza, a veterinary clinic, health clinic, Subway, Royal Bank, and Anytime Fitness. There is plenty of parking and a large area inside to wait for food.
However, customers often experience long wait times, usually around 15 minutes but sometimes longer, with many customers leaving due to the wait. This has been observed to cause some financial loss for the business. Despite this, the staff is friendly and courteous, and they try to provide polite and apologetic service. Some staff members stand out with their exceptional customer service skills.
The restaurant currently lacks an atmosphere, with no background music or TV to watch while waiting, which could improve the overall experience. Overall, it’s a good place to stop for lunch if in the area, especially for those seeking fresh food and friendly service.
