Location is 24 hours with drive thru open. Showed up with cars in the parking lot but drive thru pylon’d off and lights on but no workers to be seen and called to make sure they were open and call rang through with no answer. Very disappointed :(

This used to be a great McDonalds but service has really gone down over the last couple years. During my last visit I ordered a few meals and 4 pies. I only received 2. When I went back to tell them I only got 2 I was told they were sold out. I guess the logical concept of informing the customer they didn’t have enough food to fulfill their order and offer a refund never crossed their mind. Today I ordered a McChicken grinch meal and had to switch it to the Big Mac grinch meal as they were sold out of chicken. They were also out of the dill pickle seasoning so I paid full price (which is $2.50 more than the same meal is at Belleville McDonalds) and got 80% of the meal. Then when I opened up the Big Mac, I noticed the beef patty’s were the small thin ones they serve on the kids happy meal burgers. I guess they’re out of regular burger patty’s too?

Convenient and along the highway, this McDonalds has good customer service and updated decor. Washrooms are clean. Location may get busy at peak times.

After so many unfriendly experiences I finally felt like leaving a review. I haven’t before because Lisa is phenomenal, she’s always so kind and goes above and beyond.
Ally on the other hand today, was incredibly rude and audibly frustrated with me when she heard my order wrong. It takes nothing to be kind. You’re choosing to be rude. Asking someone to say their order again or confirm would be much nicer than “well I thought you said this” and then loud sighing. I’ve never had a polite experience with anyone other than Lisa or a young teenage employee, they are also great.
You have 3.6 stars for a reason, a little self reflection goes a long way.

I usually never complain as I realize people are overworked and understaffed in these environments, but I feel like I need to let people know.

This location blatantly ignores requests to make allergy alterations/accommodations. When I called to discuss, I was hung up on. Guess I'm going to be filing a complaint with corporate.
