My wife and I are on a day trip to Port Hope today with that always stop and have breakfast and we saw this little diner in our Google search and will be back for many more breakfast to come. Maybe even some dinners. Some of the food that was coming out looked up absolutely amazing. I think my wife was salivating over the chicken sandwich. I know I was over to Burger. Great job guys! Port Hope Diner is a terrific diner and one of Port Hope's best kept secrets. The food is scrumptious, fresh, and good, punching way above its price with flavour and portions that exceed expectations. There is something on the menu for anyone, including traditional diner fare, daily specials, and many choices. Specific meals like the French onion soup, Greek salad, PH omelette, and breakfast are all delicious. The service is great, friendly, and courteous, with staff handling demands in an expert and patient manner even during rush hours. It is highly recommended and has become a permanent regular stop for many travellers.
