Me and my mum are staying in Port Hope for a vacation, and we wanted to go to a dine in restaurant for dinner, so we drove around and decided to go here. The server asked if we wanted to sit on the bottom floor, or top, and that we could pick from either menus. We got seated at the top, and the wait time was honestly not that long. My mum ordered fish and chips, and I got the chicken tender combo. The fries were not very good, clearly frozen, and the chicken fingers had a weird flavoring to them. My mum said hers was disgusting too, and that it left a horrid taste in her mouth because it was so greasy, and there was way too much batter on the fish. The server came over shortly to ask how we were doing, and we told her that the food was not very good, and that she didn't want to pay for mine. The server (who was so amazing), said she would tell her boss, and ask him to let us have a refund. The boss, (Whos name was apparently Sassy, very ironicly), said that no one else ever complained so we were wrong, therefore we would not be getting a refund, she came and told us this, and my mum was not having it, so the server very kindly said that she would ask again. She took my food in to show him that I barely even had any, and it took some arguing between her and Sassy, but they took my food off of the bill. We will not be going back, but we did love the server, and thank her for standing up.

A year ago when I was last there I would have given it a 5 star. This time it was a flop. 40 min to come take our order and there were only 4 tables seated in the dining area not busy at all. Food was great by the time we got it. But I was ready to eat a napkin by that point. Anyway hopefully they get it figured out next time we go back
We visited this restaurant for the first time on Friday to celebrate a birthday, and the entire experience was outstanding. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made the evening special was our server upstairs, Peggy. She was an absolute gem— incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. She ensured everyone in our party felt well taken care of throughout the night. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We’ll definitely be returning!

We dropped in here for lunch. We were seated by our server. There was only one sever here but it wasn’t busy. I ordered the chicken Greek wrap and sweet potato fries $16 plus $2 extra. My husband ordered the club sandwich $16 and sweet potato fries. We waited 10 minutes. The food was good as well as the service. The restaurant was basic, nothing special. The bathrooms are by the front door.

Kitchen workers spoke urdo/hindi non stop and so loud it overtook the electropop music. Soft poached eggs served broken and watery, with greasy potatos, fruit garnish inedible. Waitress was lovely, wish her the best!
