All good except service was good at the start but never once checked in on us again untilbshe csshed our Asian tabke of 12 with 4 young kids. I was SHOCKED and disappointed. Left me uncertain about where we just ate. Food came out quick and was good and atmosphere was was full of energy.

Restaurant gave our delivery order to the incorrect driver and then told us it was our issue to deal with. No food. No customer service. Someone else got our food and after over an hour wait we now have to deal with trying to get a refund from Uber and find other options.

Just further lack of any acceptance of responsibility. Seems as though takeout/delivery customers do not deserve the same respect as what I hope they provide dine in customers. Restaurants have a responsibility to ensure their customers receive their orders, interacting with delivery drivers to check that they have everything they need is the least they can do.

I went for dinner with family on Boxing Day. The server was a very friendly, very funny, and very professional guy! The food however, was bland and oily. I tried the Pesto Premivera .... I did not taste any pesto, and pasta was sitting in oil.

Tonight was the 2nd time I have ordered what they advertise out front, “Our famous Prime Rib is back Fri. Sat. & Sun”. I know great Prime Rib and THIS IS NOT even edible. A cheap cut? Sub-standard cattle? Cost cutting? Who knows but it wasn’t like it was cooked wrong because it appeared fine, but then I tried to chew, it was disgusting. I mean I could not chew more than half of the cut in front of me. And those parts I could chew where incredibly dry and , it was dry and and nearly impossible to chew, getting through it was not possible and I can’t believe how much was just fat connective tissue and grissol it was. And it wasn’t just me as there were 2 if he who ordered the fake thing as take out and neither of us could cut our respective roast beef even with a sharp serrated-blade steak knife.
To make matters worse the carrots weren’t even cooked.
I am not one to formally post complaints, I have selected many other items from the menu both for sit-down and take-away, that I have quite enjoyed!
But for the amount of money paid - never again.

Ordered dinner through door dash. We had two meals, ordered with 2 diet pepsi's. We recieved 2 regular pepsi and both our burgers were completely plain, no condiments or toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickle etc) with no option to add. It was assumed that it would have those things on it as the photo shows it that way. For the price, not sure why we are just receiving a dry burger patty on a bun.

Ate in once and got take out another time the burgers and fries are so good and please don't ever stop char-broiling em ether.... it's such a disappointment to lift up the bun and not see beautiful grill marks on the top! That's where a lot of restaurants fail with burgers imo and it's so simple! Only thing is I wish they were bigger 😂! Fast, friendly and attentive service in house! I will be a regular for life and great thing is I just live up the street!

We just had a birthday dinner here. Everything was great when we got there. Appetizers were delicious. The bruschetta was delicious.
We were never asked if we wanted another drinks, if we needed anything, nothing. No follow up.
The entire table received their meal, except me. I had to wait 10 min for my prime rib. It was not good at all. I didn’t finish hardly any of it. Was never asked how anything was, our sever never followed up.
Over all I am disappointed with the meal and the service. Other members of the party had delicious meals but felt the same about the service. I will add that it was a Sunday.
