I ordered 3 things on kiosk and payed.When I go to pick up , they say sorry Sar , We don’t have your items, we will give you something else.

Chilli was ok, coffee decent but
Breakfast wrap hash browns was very hard, difficult to bite and chew.
Seats are worn out and dated.
Needs a refresh.
Washroom taps needs replaced,and refreshed too.

I don't know why but the creamer here consistantly tastes disgusting compared to every other Tims I have gone to. Its literally night and day. I don't know if they use a different creamer or its spoiled but its reminiscent of an old bloated carton of creamer that's been out of the fridge too long. Other than that customer service and the food has been great.
I like the night staff.

Not really sure why it always takes the person at the window forever to retrieve my food. But somehow almost every time they end up giving me the wrong food, it’s really not that hard to give someone something they ordered. Trash location and incompetent workers everywhere.

When to this place this morning, The chocolate chunk cookies were disgusting. Maybe next time you guys can actually cook them. They were pretty much raw. I don’t know if the Baker was stoned or what when they did this. I gave you a two stars cause this breakfast sandwich is actually pretty good. I haven’t had much of an appetite and I don’t know if I’ll be able to eat supper after eating these crappy cookies
