It all depends on who is working if your order is correct. I have stopped coming to this location as always my order is wrong. Today I ordered a medium tea 4 sugars 1 milk bag in. And I received a medium tea 4 milk 1 sugar bag in. I couldn’t bring it back as I had an appointment but I won’t be back

Disappointing experience at this place! I went through the drive-thru( 11: 50 PM November 16 ) and received the wrong size order. When I brought it to their attention, the staff was rude and unapologetic. They even charged me an extra 10 cents for a small cup! The white short girl at the counter had a poor attitude, closed the window quickly, and made inappropriate gestures. When I expressed my concern inside, no one empathized or accepted responsibility. I left feeling frustrated, wasted time, and spoiled my mood. This place needs training in customer behavior management and proper customer service skills. 1/5 stars

We have been to this drive thru twice now and both times when you get to the window they have missed the last item on our order and the condescending look we were given when we told them something was missed was completely inappropriate. Will never go there again

This location is my favourite location if I’m just looking for some donuts and a coffee quick! Small food menu, but it’s still everything you need! Great staff - Manager Tina is always so friendly and always puts a smiley face on my coffee!

Around 7:45 AM at the drive-thru, I ordered medium French vanilla with 1 cream and 1 milk, along with 1 Everything Bagel with butter toasted and herb and garlic cream in it. The FV was so watery in taste. The bagel was too dry that it was hard to chew from the ends, and the cream was not even spread across the bagel. Very disappointing.
