Every time I go to this Tim Hortons they get my order wrong. Completely incompetent staff. Their cream dispenser obviously needs to be recalibrated because I ask for less cream in my iced coffees. Now, you tell me if this looks like less cream to you. It’s just pathetic

The morning crew there is great ! I know there are bad reviews from previous years when it had poor management, but it has a new manager - Melissa she is very friendly and works hard everything I'm in that location. Love the new pizzas!

I watched the manager (M-L I dont want to put her name on her) scream at another employee in front of all the other employees and customers today. What a horrible way to treat your staff. When I left the other lady was sitting in her car crying. I can't imagine having to work there. I will never go back if I could give it a zero I would
