Normally we only go to the Ontario store store, today we went there, got coffee and timbits for our grandkids. The timbits were horrible, they tasted like day olds. I called and they stated that the timbits come from the Peter Street store and to call there. Of course, I didn't get anywhere with that call which is why I am writing this review. Now a days we are more aware of the cost of things with rising prices and I find less tolerance in wasting hard earned money on sub-par quality. I think that at the very least the quality of the merchandise should be checked to be sure to follow your Always fresh claim Thank you Mary Smith

How terribly disappointing. This restaurant’s washrooms are filthy (faeces on the toilet seats), unhealthy, and completely disgusting. Floors and tables are dirty, garbage bins are overflowing. No where to dispose of your garbage. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all year! Will never eat there again.

Best Coffee in town a two cream is a two cream keep up the great work. I drive from Cobourg to get a true amazing cup of coffee.

Waited 14 mins for a crossiant while they was noone inside waiting but they served the drive through faster.
This is definitely the best one in Port Hope by far every single time has been a good Experience, Minus the train

Every time I go to this Tim Hortons they get my order wrong. Completely incompetent staff. Their cream dispenser obviously needs to be recalibrated because I ask for less cream in my iced coffees. Now, you tell me if this looks like less cream to you. It’s just pathetic
