We had such a fun time! We enjoyed playing with all the cute kitties and loved the atmosphere of the place. It was so quirky and inviting! The place is really nicely set up and the drinks we got were great! Can’t comment on the food as we have strict dietary restrictions but it did look delicious! There weren’t as many cats running around as I expected but then I was reminded that this is a rescue and adoption organization that also has a cafe, their priority is getting these cats cared for and adopted which made us feel like our money was going to a good place. The cats seemed really well taken care of and the place was tidy. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately we were unprepared for the experience. We were expecting a cafe with cats but it was an adoption centre with optional cafe items. You should also call and schedule a 1 hour appointment ahead of time and bring socks and 10$ per person. If you just want to pet cats it's good. If you want to enjoy a coffee and a cat, visit a friend's.

I’ve been to this cafe several times and I love it so much. My husband has never been and he was in total heaven. We booked the night before and the staff were so fast to respond and confirm our visit. We had the first morning slot which worked out beautifully, only a few others visiting. They have a fun and delicious menu of drinks, food and snacks as well as cat themed gifts and keepsakes. The staff are so kind and informative. They explain the rules and also have information posted on the cages and cat rooms. Some people may be annoyed by this however it’s extremely important for the safety of the cats so please don’t be rude to the staff about it. Not once did we feel like we were being watched or being followed by staff. We happily followed the rules and appreciate the extra signage so we don’t forget.
We interacted a lot today with one staff member and I’m blanking on his name but he was exceptional. He was friendly and told us stories about the cats to get more of their background. You can tell that he and all the staff there really enjoy what they do and take such pride in providing a safe and loving environment for the cats. It’s a beautiful place and I hope people consider visiting and supporting. I’m sad that the 55 minutes went by so fast but we will be back again and again and one day adopt some cats when it won’t upset our dogs lol. Thank you to all the amazing staff for what you do. I am going to look into volunteering because it’s the best place ever!

My teenage kids and I enjoyed visiting the cats today. Lots of time for cuddling. The café was clean and the staff were friendly. Such a fantastic opportunity for both us and the cats. Thank you for all that you do!
A great little hidden gem. You get to pet kittens/cats while enjoying delicious food! It's very clean and the cats are up for adoption.

I was really looking forward to visiting Toe Beans Cat Café, but unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. I had purchased three tickets for my family, but the night before our visit, my young son became violently ill with a stomach flu—fever, vomiting, the works. Given the situation, I reached out to ask if we could reschedule our visit for another day, but I was bluntly told no, sorry with no flexibility or understanding.
I explained that my son is a child and didn’t choose to get sick, and that unexpected things happen, yet I was still met with a firm no. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that I was already speaking to one, and even then, there was absolutely no empathy or willingness to work with us.
I completely understand that businesses have policies, but good customer service involves a little compassion and common sense. Refusing to reschedule for a sick child, is just bad business. I would have happily returned on another day and continued supporting the café, but after this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a place that values its customers. Unprofessional and seriously lacking in basic kindness.

Fantastic place. I went to adopt, and reached out online before I went to make sure everything was in order, both the woman on line and the one in the cafe were helpful, kind, and went through everything with me. The process was so smooth and thorough. I highly recommend visiting and adopting
