Visited for our first time on Valentine's Day for dinner. Waited almost 45 minutes after our reservation time for our table. Waited for service at the bar. While the staff are lovely everything felt disorganized, chaotic and very very slow. Food was good but by the time we were served we were tired and the night had worn on us. Recognizing Valentines is one of the busiest days of the each year, would hope that the balance of the year the restaurant runs more smoothly. Unsure...
Atmosphere and food were good ... service not so much. Albeit it was a busy night, it took almost 1.5hrs from the time we ordered until we were served our meals. Not once did our server come to see if we needed anything, check our drinks or offer any explanation or apology for the delays. After dinner we asked for the dessert menu ... which took another 15-20mins to get. The server was very polite when we did have the opportunity to speak ... just not very attentive.
