They use Reneés Caesar, if you don't know, now you know ( insert word I can't say ).

“Our friend celebrated a milestone birthday this evening at The Arch. We are so pleased that she enjoyed her first visit to this long established restaurant. Diego , our server for the evening was very friendly , attentive and obviously enjoys conversing with customers . The food was deliciously fresh and beautifully presented. The Arch has always been the restaurant of choice for “ special occasions “ for decades and will continue . Thank you for a lovely meal and great conversation .”

“We passed this place so many times and just didn't consider going in. But we heard it was good from friends and decided to go. It was SOOO GOOD! The small salad was HUGE! and so good (my husband doesn't like salads and could not stop eating it). And the pizza was excellent - and plenty of leftovers.
