Absolutely messed up my 7 dollar vanilla moo latte. When I asked them why it was runny and not cold they just said it’s slushie with ice cream. Ive had vanilla moolattes for years and this was disgusting, I will never go back to this Dairy Queen again. Brutal service.
I reached out to customer service and received a very rude reply. Basically calling me a liar, saying that they did acknowledge me. Eniskillen across the street has kawartha ice cream that is way better anyway. Can’t believe they are still in business as this is not the first time I have encountered rude employees or rude owner. It is the last time rest assured.
Second time with terrible experience. Went in for a cake, door was locked. Sign on the door said 3 customer max in store , nobody was in the store though. I waited for about 5 minutes for a lady to come to the 1st of double doors and say something that I could not hear due to the fact that there was still another set of doors between us and they’re located on a busy street.
