On an early walk in a nearby park we asked someone where we might find some breakfast and they immediately mentioned the Art and Soul Cafe. We stopped by right after opening time and the place was already filled with regulars. We ordered the roasted red pepper sandwich with a side of parsnip soup, and then couldn't resist also trying their biscotti, blueberry cheesecake, and french toast danish with apples. Everything was great and tasted homemade, but the blueberry cheesecake was exceptional.

What a great experience! Emma was excellent and so friendly! She even gave my puppy what looked like house-made doggy treats! They had great gluten free options and they were delicious. We will definitely be back! Thank you Emma, and Art & Soul!

A place I stop by every time I go to Port Stanley.The food tastes good, the price is reasonable, and the staff is friendly. There may not be any seats available during lunch time. I always buy frozen scones and use them in the air fryer.

It's located far for us, but the quality and service deserved. We go from London to Port Stanley just to enjoy the breakfast there. The hot chocolate is amazing. The desserts are very good too.
