On an early walk in a nearby park we asked someone where we might find some breakfast and they immediately mentioned the Art and Soul Cafe. We stopped by right after opening time and the place was already filled with regulars. We ordered the roasted red pepper sandwich with a side of parsnip soup, and then couldn't resist also trying their biscotti, blueberry cheesecake, and french toast danish with apples. Everything was great and tasted homemade, but the blueberry cheesecake...

This is a very cute cafe with great food and even better service. It was busy when we arrived and I can understand why. Will definitely come back here for a nice lunch next time I’m in the area!
