“We ate at Stella's on the recommendation of another County restauranteur and boy, we were not disappointed! From the warm welcome to the amazing plates to be shared, we were wowed the whole evening. Each small plate is made with attention to excellence, using produce from local farms. From the duck pate (recommended by our server) to the dessert, ever single plate delighted our senses. We also had great wine pairings suggested to us and appreciated the low key atmosphere, a completely understated approach to culinary excellence. We cannot wait to come back. Strongly recommend.”

“First time there today, won't be my last! Burger had amazing flavor! Bun was fresh! 🍔 My Son had the chicken fingers. Hand dipped! None of that frozen stuff here! He raved about them! Fries were seasoned to perfection 👌 I snuck a sip of his chocolate shake, which made me regret not getting one myself. 😔 Next time. Lol. Staff is very friendly & efficient!”

“Had a wonderful stay at Huff Winery. The rooms were modern and clean. Very spacious for a hotel room with a sitting area, separate bed room area and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Note, no coffee maker or coffee in room, but it does come with a free bottle of wine from Huff.

The included breakfast was great. Made to order omelette station with sausage, bacon, hash brown, waffle station, fruit, yogurt, breakfast breads and cereals. Plenty of choice and variety and all very tasty!

The winery was great too. Visited and did the experiences tour. Four flights of wine, personalized tour guide, and personal tour of the behind the scenes.

Highly recommend if visiting PEC!

Rooms: Lovely! Very new and modern. Great to include a whirlpool hot tub.

Walkability: It is secluded, and so walking nearby will be along a busy stretch of highway.”

“This is our second stay at the Empress Inn and Suite. We finally found the perfect place to fully enjoy Sandbanks. My family and I find the room spacious for 4 people. The room is clean, large and functional! We are very happy to be able to shower and sleep in a comfortable bed after a day at the beach. We also like to have a little drink on the terrace at the end of the day!

Nearby activities: The small shops in the village of Bloomfield, the proximity to the village of Wellington (restaurant, the park❤️, the fort)
The Local Store is worth a visit to discover local artisans and the Sandbanks beaches are less than 10 minutes away.”

“We were a party of 6 last night and had a fantastic experience. The food was phenomenal but the service was top-notch! All three staff we interacted with were charismatic and personable. The hostess learned my mother was here from Newfoundland and told us all about the trip her friends just planned for the Rock, showing us the map on her tablet. Our server “Prince Charming” was so engaged with my step-son who is on the spectrum and can be very shy. It made my son’s whole night having a conversation with him about the Shrek movies and Puss in Boots! I could not say enough about what a wonderful experience we had at Hartley’s.”

“Dropped by Slake Brewery for their Cherry Seltzer and other beers with my family of 6. Lots of parking!! We loved the open concept Interior design overlooking a beautiful viewpoint of PEC. They have a taco place called Rebel Taco which is the same thing as the brewery. They're both in the same location despite the Google maps location. Fun cozy vibe. Washrooms were clean. Staff was friendly for our off-season visit.”
