Everyday I ask for ice in my Americano, I'm not sure if they don't understand that trying to drink boiling hot water is unpleasant but it's hit or miss with the ice. I've asked for it so how hard is it to put it in there?
After receiving my coffee, I drove to work and discovered that my coffee had 3 cream! Yuck
