Subway Rama I give a absolute recommendation employee ( AK ) super friendly and outgoing very clean environment
AK at Orillia is always so welcoming, friendly and happy to help when I visit. He makes my experience the best! He even remebered my order after my first time ordering. Shout out to him
I’m from Australia and visited 5+ Subway locations this week in Orillia, but nothing came close to the service and sandwiches like Rama. Amazing service, great conversation, and perfectly made subs by AK every time. I now drive 12–15 km just to come back here. Definitely worth the drive !!!

Subway at 5882 Rama Road in Rama, Ontario, offers a familiar menu with customizable sandwiches and quick service. The restaurant has received mixed reviews, with many customers praising the friendly and efficient staff. A reviewer on Birdeye mentioned, “K Preet was fantastic; that girl makes the best subs there—very fast and pleasant,” highlighting the positive attitude of the team. Customers also appreciate the staff’s efforts to prevent cross-contamination, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The seating area is nice, though some mention that tables could be cleaned more often.
Some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with certain aspects. For example, a customer noted being charged $2.50 for a glass of water and found the staff rude. Others mentioned that some ingredients seemed less than fresh, and the bread sometimes tasted like rubber, similar to other Subways. One recent visitor enjoyed the service and food, describing the experience as phenomenal and timely, with the sub made with care and very delicious, despite not having a photo since the sub was gone quickly.
Overall, the Subway at this location maintains about a 4.1-star rating based on 41 reviews, showing a generally positive reputation but with room for improvement in ingredient freshness and service. The restaurant’s hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. This location offers the familiar Subway experience with friendly staff and a nice seating area, though some reviews suggest that cleanliness and ingredient quality could be better.
