Tim Hortons is known for its friendly staff and good service, with one employee standing out for her professionalism and efficiency. Customers enjoy the delicious and hot coffee, and vegetarian-friendly rice bowl. The staff's great sense of humor adds to the experience, making even simple drive-through orders memorable. The terrasse is a barren place with no greenery or hedges. The Bacon turkey lunch sandwich had 1/2 of one strip of bacon. There is no recycling despite the label on the multi bin. Parking is sufficient for larger vehicles, with overflow nearby. This location doesn’t have that typical grouchy snob who has no respect or patience for customers. Sharron was absolutely incredible behind the counter, representing a perfect example of a Tim Hortons team member. Staff members handle situations well, such as when a customer's car battery died in the drive-thru, with managers coming out to push the car and bringing breakfast out. The place is clean, quite large for a Tim Hortons, and has a warm atmosphere, especially being next to a tech center and in front of Renfrew station. Overall, service is friendly and fast, with customers appreciating the welcoming environment.
