I had a great experience at MrLow Bar and Grill. Hanieh provided excellent service and was very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. She made sure everything was perfect and checked on us regularly with a warm and welcoming attitude. Her professionalism and kindness really made the experience enjoyable. Came here with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day dinner. Once we got there the host just waited for us to say something and didn’t even greet us. We got sat at a little couch in front of a coffee table even though we had a reservation and requested a booth so we asked to be moved and the host said sure.
