DO NOT come here, literally paid at the kiosk for my food and waited 15 minutes just to have them tell me it didnt process in their system.. i then trusted the employee as he said nothing shows up with my order and i proceeded to order at the cashier and later found out they did indeed charge me for my other order from the kiosk. Also their kiosks DO NOT print receipts either. Long story short i was charged an extra $20 for a meal i did not receive. Very unhappy.

This place is usually busy during the weekend and the TV that provides the food orders status has been down for several weeks. Many customers had to wait at the front counter for a long time and kept asking for their food order. Even though I made a mobile order, it still took alot longer than the cashier orders due to large numbers of the drive-thru orders. It would be more efficient to improve the mobile app, fix the TV and have each staff designated to their own area.
Nothing notable here. Just a standard blahhhh Wendy's. Mediocre fast food, mediocre customer service, and your typical few low life customers who expect a 5 star dining experience.

Greetings so this is the 7th and final time that I have come here to this location at Major MacKenzie drand Bayview ....Wendys on 7 different occasions they have closed down more than. An hour early or open up more than hour late. The staff seem very racist and unwelcoming. False advertisements through Google string that its open until 12 Am. It is super.cold I rode my bike for more than about 40 minutes just to get here on time the current time is 11 : 154 PM . It Cleary states that they are open until 12 midnight. . Like im about to get frost bites rushing to travel here only to.find out once again. Unbelievable and I mean there were nights they were actually open for the hours stated. Online and rheo8gh friends and family who are like myself a wendys lover. There is an Indian/Pakistani individual currently in there totally ignoring my sinple request of information of hours of operation

Very unprofessional waiter, even after repeatedly confirming the order, the order still went wrong. Poor attitude, even if you ask for sauce, you won’t get any sauce. Both cups of coffee are half cups. If you ask for milk, there’s no milk. What kind of store is this?

Staff was rude and we waited almost 25min for out foodWheelchair accessibility: This particular location only had one set of doors that were accessible for wheelchair patrons. When asked about it the manager said to simply move to the other door

Very disorganized and at least a 30 minute delay with only a “sorry” as service recovery. Staff heard yelling at each other, an older woman in an Indian accent was the worst!
