I go here a lot. The junior sandwiches are always cold no matter what time of the day you go. Other than that, the service is fast and OK but nothing special. The quality has dropped significantly over the past 10 years but the food being cold is worse than the quality being not as good. They really need to stop serving cold food to people, the cheese won't even melt on the burger 90% of the time. Some supervision is required..
Used to be good, but beef platter now dry and not juicy.
Overall a good experience. Kiosks were not working

Wendy's is a busy restaurant, especially on weekends. The TV displaying order status has been out of order for weeks, leading to long wait times and frustrated customers. Despite mobile ordering, customers may still experience delays due to high drive-thru volumes. The atmosphere is mixed, with some customers finding it mediocre and others appreciating the wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The staff is friendly and service is generally good. The restaurant appears clean but is starting to show its age, with damaged fabric on multiple booths and temporary patches coming off. Some customers have mentioned that the washroom smells disgusting, though it is tidy. Food quality remains consistent, with the beef burgers tasting like real meat and fresh toppings complementing the juicy patties. The menu offers a variety of options from burgers to chicken sandwiches and salads, with the Spicy Chicken Sandwich being a popular choice. Overall, it remains a reliable spot for quick, satisfying meals despite some minor issues with cleanliness and equipment.
