I ordered a very big takeout order (20 dishes) for our father’s 93rd. birthday. The food was all very delicious, great size shrimp and chicken pieces.? This was not our first time ordering from them, but they definitely deserve the review. We recommend Golden Star Chinese Restaurant, Brights Grove and we will be ordering again!
The last two times I have bought food there I new something was up as the high quality that I was used to was not there, the food was bland and did not seem as fresh and then I found out that it has a new owner and it all made sense. What a pity !That was 3 years ago but I just tried it again in December or 2022 and a complete turnaround. Excellent food, fresh ingredients and really tasty. The name says it all. This is a small family owned restaurant that makes all meals with fresh ingredients and is always received very hot. Personally, they are one of two places that have the best egg rolls in the area!
