I had a highly disappointing experience at KFC on Confederation Street tonight. Despite their advertised closing time of 9:00 PM, I arrived at 8:00 PM only to find the store already closed. When I called the store, a staff member rudely suggested I use the drive-through, completely disregarding the freezing weather conditions. This level of customer service and disregard for advertised hours is completely unacceptable.
I ordered off Skip The Dishes and when my order arrived the chicken was very greasy and I had to use paper towels to sop up the extra grease. I took pictures and called the store to let them know and they immediately offered me a new order of chicken for free. They said I could order it from skip the dishes or pick it up. My online orders are constantly wrong. Ordered 20 pieces of chicken got only 10. Had to return after we unpacked at home. Ordered 20 piece wings online , went to pick them up only to be told they where out of wings , however if I want to return later they could get some from colboure rd store. Since the store is very convenient to me I tried going to the store and ordering two 4 piece meals, got in car and checked , had only one meal. I enjoy most comedy acts just not this one
