Never order from Red Swan Pizza Sarnia. Worst customer service there is out there. They screw up your order. Refuse to fix it say they will call you back in 5 minutes max and wait over an hour for a call back. You pay a delivery fee and they refuse to deliver what they screwed up. 0 star rating. Horrible customer service. Not to mention took them just shy of an hour and a half to deliver 2-3 blocks down the road.
It was very easy to place an order online. Website said the order would be ready in approximately 20 minutes and it was. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. The young man that waited on me was very efficient and mannerly. I was pleasantly surprised by the sesame seeds on the pizza crust; they certainly added to the flavour. I will definitely get pizza again when I visit Sarnia in the future.
