This was 2 days ago one of the employees at this location named Jhalak who works nights.... may I say is the most polite person ever she helped me out with my queries and even informed me about the different kinds of coffees I could try ,10/10 for Jhalak's efforts. She helped me pick my coffee according to my taste buds and that's my to go now .. Definitely deserves a raise 😉. Keep up the great work And Thank you 💪.

Super busy but was still timely. I will say the shelter being right there doesn't help the let's just say activities there that I see. But staff are super nice and help you no matter how much of a hurry.

Had a bit of a wait for service despite the fact that I saw employees just standing around.
Tried the poutine for the first time and wasn't impressed. Potato wedges (used in place of fries) were cold and the gravy more sat on the cheese curds than melted them.
Update: Feb. 28, 2025. Served quickly and efficiently. Only problem was that I didn't hear them when they called out that my food order was ready.
Atmosphere, imo, will improve when...
