Food and ambiance was great and staff is very friendly I would like to mention that Palchhin( hope i spelled correct) did recommended cocktail and food which suits to our palate. They have live dj playing at background with Bollywood peppy number's.Overall it was great experience give a try if looking for good contemporary Indian food with playful ambience.“
“A very enjoyable experience all around. The atmosphere upon entering was very welcoming, my partner and I were seated promptly by a friendly hostess. The food was tasty and well made and the drinks were very refreshing especially the cocktails. I enjoyed the truffle potato and beef tartare. My fiancée and I are speechless and have nothing but great things to say after our visit.Shoutout to the AMAZING staff over here for making it seem like the world isn’t that bad of a place. While we were enjoying our late night snack, we had some homie from the streets walk into the restaurant having a mental health episode; totally making some people in the joint feel uncomfortable and scared… The phenomenal staff bounced right back and made the guy feel like family. He appreciated it and had a smile on his face. I can tell you WE definitely appreciated it. Respect and love doesn’t go unnoticed. “Booked a pool table and table for seating for my birthday. The pool table was great and we had a wonderful time. Unfortunately the table was gone that we booked as we were late. But we had enough seating near the pool table. The atmosphere though was a bit too busy. I was expecting a more chill vibe but there were a lot of people. We mostly stayed at the pool table and weren't able to play any of the games.“

“We had the most incredible experience at Beertown. We had just found out our first grandson was born and we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate. The staff and atmosphere were fantastic. Not to mention the food is always amazing! The manager, Sunny Jacobs, was so thoughtful and kind to us and made this moment even more magical, and Beertown is very lucky to have him! “I've been here a few times. Sometimes I have to wait for a train, I go here. Under Union Station at access to York Go Transit. Big and airy. On my own I sit at the bar, for the best service, and talk to other patrons who are usually friendly. I had the Porchetta sandwich, big and tasty. The fries are chunky and crispy, just great. I like the Hefeweizen, German wheat beer. Servers Koriy and Talei really good to me, working hard to make me happy.“

“We chose Shoeless Joes because it was directly across from our hotel, they did NOT disappoint !! Our waitress Victoria was amazing and so in the ball!! Made sure we were super happy with our meals, and SUPER quick! This was an unforgettable night due to the Olivia Rodrigo concert and Shoeless Joes was starting to get busy but Victoria never once forgot about us, we were super impressed! “I was at Craft for the Leafs game last night. The service was outstanding. I sat at the bar and all the bartenders were so friendly and had great recommendations. We especially liked Marley. She made us feel so welcome and guided us through the menu. Would definitely recommend for a game or just a drink!“

This delay, although noticeable, did not overshadow the positives of the restaurant. Patrons should be prepared to exercise patience during busy hours or peak times.“

“I've been here a couple times by now.One of my gf's friends discovered this place (that was the first time). More recently, one of MY closest friends held his wedding reception just down the road (at Casa Deluz Banquet Hall) and instead of a dance floor at the end of the night, he booked one of the party rooms here for the afterparty.From the outside, this plaza looks like your typical, sketchy scarborough plaza but the first time I walked into this place I was blown away at how nice the interior was. The lighting is extremely cool and the decor is very fancy.Service is prompt and friendly. If you need a battery change for your mic(s) or ring the service bell, you get a person almost instantly in your room.The washroom is clean enough haha. I've been to some KTV places with REALLY dank washrooms. This one is clean and smells relatively fresh. Also, someone in another review mentioned that there was a lingering cigarette smell. I've been here a bunch of times and there's almost no cigarette smell. Visitors are pretty polite here. Most ppl that want to smoke, I see them go outside and having a smoke outside before coming back into the lounge.I will say, they do use a popular touch screen system for choosing songs. I would totally bump this review up to a 5 star rating if they kept the song list updated (Bar+ on Yonge St downtown has the most constantly updated song list I've ever experienced). There were a couple new songs that I tried to find but to no avail.I think this is the best karaoke place uptown in the GTA at the moment if I'm being honest! They are very honest w/ their minimum room charge pricing and they also have a killer happy hour special deal throughout the week if you're not booking a room on a weekend. It will continue to be my go-to place for karaoke as long as they don't increase prices.“
