​I visited the drive-thru today, and while I regrettably forgot to get the name of the kind gentleman working the window, I wanted to leave a glowing review for the incredible service he provided. He was wearing a turban, and his professionalism and warmth were truly outstanding.
​From the moment I pulled up, his positive attitude was contagious. He was efficient, made sure my order was perfectly correct, and delivered it with a genuine and memorable smile.

We can’t help but notice how clean this branch is —specially the washrooms. KUDOS to your night time crew who provides perfect customer service in spite of their working late at night. This is the reason why we come to this branch often —and as much as possible.

“Today, my son and I went to Burger King for lunch And I noticed there was a man sleeping in the lounge area. The manager went up to him and asked if he was alright amd if he needed anything to eat, she proceeded to ask him if he wanted chicken or beef. After the men answered, she went and made him the burger and served it to him. It’s nice to see stuff like this, especially when managers are usually rude and like to kick people out..“

“I don't do reviews often, but I felt tht the experience during my drive through tonight by Athushan was absolutely phenomenal! Never in my daily drive thru days have i recieved spectator and kind and patient order taker. He was so kind and respectful and offered the required condiments to ensure my experience was better. I dont know this boy, but I can tell he will be a great asset to the company! And my food tasted bomb“

“Whenever I come here, slowest service. Today we went to do take out and line was long, people were waiting to get their orders taken including myself and it took 10 minutes for that then another 10 for my order to be made! The service was horrible and I’m writing this review because it’s not the first time this happened.“
