CoCo Bubble Tea at Woodside Square Mall offers a variety of refreshing drinks, including new favorites like Lychee Jasmine Milk Tea with Jelly and Honeydew Jasmine Milk Tea with Jelly. Customers often enjoy the well-made drinks and appreciate the friendly and caring staff, such as Jocelyn, who provides welcoming and patient service, making the visit smooth and enjoyable. The staff's dedication to good customer service is evident, with some reviews highlighting their kindness and helpfulness. However, there have been occasional issues with service, including one instance of rudeness between staff members and delays where drinks arrived later than expected, even for those who ordered first. Despite these concerns, many customers remain loyal, especially for their favorite items like sago, Milk Tea Smoothies, and new additions like Honeydew Smoothie with crystal pearls. Overall, the restaurant is praised for its great drinks and friendly atmosphere, though there is room for improvement in service efficiency and staff interactions.
