The worst shawarma ever.
Place is a nightmare washrooms filthy no where to park staff are the some of the most disrespectful people I've ever met. Place should be shut down
Ordered chicken shawarma wrap through Uber eats-Wrap was tortilla- not pita - overall this was pretty bad- not even mid at best! Garlic sauce and hot sauce bland- chicken did not taste fresh- wrap itself tasted like day old bread- wrap was very very watery and lacking flavour- will not re- order. No hummus….. if I had to make a comparison- it’s giving McDonalds chicken snack wrap:-(

I just love their food. The presentation even with the takeout is lovely. Multiple orders and never disappointed. Also thanks for such a friendly staff over the phone. I rarely write elaborated reviews but your service made me give you a well deserved 5 stars.

Extremely Disappointed with the Hygiene and Attitude
I was shocked to witness a staff member handling food with bare hands while repeatedly scratching his nose and head. Despite being told to wear gloves, he blatantly ignored the instruction and insisted that his hands were “clean,” continuing to prepare my shawarma wrap without any regard for basic hygiene standards.
This is unacceptable behavior—especially in the food industry—and reflects a complete lack of professionalism. For a beginner, this kind of attitude is alarming, and for a restaurant, it’s a serious health risk and a surefire way to lose loyal customers like myself.
A place that doesn’t take food safety seriously is not a place I can return to. I sincerely hope management addresses this immediately before more damage is done.

I have never seen a place so clean and with fresh food as Habibi Q. I used to live in Scarborough and order all the time, now every time I go to Toronto or I have to work around the area I always order from them and take home ❤️❤️❤️

Worst Experience Ever – Rude Behavior and Deliberate Delay
I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant for a while, but after yesterday’s incident, I will never be returning. We placed an order over the phone, but when we arrived, Anurag had prepared the wrong order. When we politely pointed this out, instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake, he became furious and aggressive.
It was clear he wanted to close the restaurant and was in no mood to accommodate us, even though it was his error. He refused to let us dine in and took an unnecessarily long time to prepare the correct order, which felt deliberate and unprofessional. His attitude was completely disrespectful, and it was evident he didn’t care about customer satisfaction.
As someone who has supported this restaurant for a long time, I’m deeply disappointed. Anurag’s behavior was unacceptable, and it’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I will not be recommending this place to anyone

I placed an online order and realized I forgot an item. I called the store immediately to ask if it could be added, and the person I spoke to confidently said he would check with the pickup driver and get back to me. No communication, no update…just silence until the order was delivered without the extra item.
When I called back to follow up, instead of taking responsibility, he asked why I didn’t know what I wanted in the first place. If adding the item wasn’t possible, he should have just told me upfront so I could have canceled or adjusted my order. The lack of communication and dismissive attitude was completely unnecessary 😡

The shisha spot service is very bad the shisha is good but the service is very you guys need to improve it very fast or you will a lot of customers thank you
I had a very disappointing experience at Habibi Q. After placing my order, I was told it would take 15 minutes to prepare, but I ended up waiting 40 minutes instead. There was only one staff member handling everything, which led to extremely slow service.
To make matters worse, the meat was not tender and very chewy, likely because it was rushed and not properly cooked. This level of service and food quality is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
