Her name is Gurleen and at the cash register, she demonstrated exemplary customer service skills. She patiently guided me through the menu, answered all my questions with a friendly demeanor, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Her professionalism and genuine kindness really stood out. This level of service truly enhances the overall experience, and I appreciate the effort she put into ensuring everything went smoothly.“

“The food was good. However, I had to wait a few minutes for the bucket of chicken. The first bucket had very dark brown pieces of chicken, which meat they were over cooked.They tried to tell me it was okay, it was the timer. I said I would wait for another batch and this was much better.“

Thanks for making it right.Got a bucket of chicken 1/2 spicy 1/2 original. The spicy was fine not great but the original was old dry and most likely refried multiple times. It was so dry, hard not crispy, dark color and tasteless that we ended up just throwing it away. Just check out latest reviews majority are not great.“

“This is the only KFC my family still orders from since the Eglinton & Midland location closed down. The service has always been exceptional and the food fresh. Price has become too expensive and the chicken quality is not as it was. 1 star off for chicken qulaity. Most chicken are not even being bled out properly anymore.“

“This is my first order at this location and the service was quick. It was my scack time so I ordered Bucket of 2 Tenders with fries and Ranch dipping sauce for 4.49 plus taxes. Chicken and fries was freshly prepared, Ranch dipping was creamy. I love it !“
