KFC is known for its friendly and attentive service, with one reviewer praising the staff's helpfulness and another noting that the server at the front of the store provided excellent customer service. The food at KFC offers a variety of experiences; while one reviewer enjoyed their meal and found the chicken, fries, and sides to be great, another mentioned that the original chicken can sometimes be dry and tasteless. A recent visitor highlighted a fresh batch of chicken on a Tuesday, appreciating the 10-minute wait due to low stock. The positive atmosphere in the back, with happy staff, contributes to the overall experience, ensuring good food and great service, especially with the hot chicken.
