Honestly blown away by how kind and attentive the staff were. I wish I caught the name of the young host (seater?) when we were seated Friday Jan 3 around 3:15pm. She was so very kind, energetic and had warmth and welcomed us so nicely I immediately knew we’d have a great time.

Our waiter was also great and she went out of her way to correct a minor computer-caused bill error that we were fine with. She was very adamant about it!

Ya can't go wrong with chicken and fries and this swiss chalet spot is warm and welcoming, The fries here are consistently done right skin on , hot, and crispy... and if you need a burger for dessert then the Harvey's next door is convenient. They still have a kids menu that's a good value for about $10.

The quarter chicken meal is still my standard, dark meat of course to maximize flavour. Dont forget the chicken heart just behind the thigh bone,...

Came with my family last night and it was quite busy. Food was great ! Even with a large party our server Erza was very friendly and Attentive. Thank you for making our visit a wonderful one :)
