Tagpuan is a filipino restaurant. Of course I could not figure that out myself till I step inside. I would say I was lucky to find this hidden gem by the crazy toronto traffic. Looking for Filipino groceries, cooked foods, or dine-in? This could very well be your spot! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Their cooked foods all look delicious.I usually go there to pick up their delicious chicken or pork chicharron. So good!
