They gave me burnt potato wedges. i called, they said come next time, we will give it to you. i asked her name, she said, i cannot give you my name. i went today, the person said anyone can come and say this. i called back gave the timings of my call, she still didn't properly apologized, yelled at me and hung up the phone.
Worst Tim HORTONS branch!! Save your time and go to the nearest by Tims instead!!! Food is either cold or wrong… My espresso is never fresh and when i ask they take it personal and start yelling and ARGUING.. Poor Service and Rude

This is what they serve egg and cheese . Egg is already turned black. When i asked why they serve me this, don't even care to say sorry and giving me excuse that their serving time finished, its already 4 pm thats why. What kind of excuse and customer service it is. I am not going to this place ever again.
