⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Blue Moon Junction Foods is such a hidden gem off Hwy 11 S! The building itself is so cool and full of character, and the service is absolutely amazing. The staff are welcoming and make you feel right at home. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re passing through — you won’t regret it!

I stopped by this place after a couple of years to see if they'd cleaned up their act, and unfortunately, it seems like not much has changed. The dining area was visibly dirty, which didn't exactly fill me with confidence. The fries were a major letdown - they tasted stale and were overall pretty gross. However, the chicken sandwich was a highlight - it was juicy and flavorful, and I enjoyed it.

Despite the decent sandwich, the cleanliness and subpar fries were a deal-breaker for me. Given the inconsistency, I'll probably only be back every couple of years to see if they've made any real improvements. For now, I'd recommend others approach with caution.

So oh well here goes. Sorry but I’m Italian and can’t stand to see cultural appropriation of our food. Don’t call it pasta. Just like in the description call it noodles. I had a beef dip. It was great. No complaints. The service was outstanding. Great place. The price is ok. Things cost money. It’s not too high but there are a lot of expenses to cover up there. As for the so called pasta section I read the menu and saw what people were eating and it was like a horror movie. So some advice. You have lots and pans. You have ingredients. It takes the same amount of time to make it good as it does bad. Your pasta is a horror show. First of all chicken does not go in lasagna. Alfredo is not now or ever was a thing and what you are doing is disgusting. I’ll be happy to help you make some real authentic pasta dishes for free. Pasta is Italian and people will order this crap and think it’s Italian. Call it pasta style Canadian noodles but not pasta. The rest of the menu is mostly frozen stuff from what I can see but I’d go back and hand pick some items. I didn’t like the soup options they were a little strange for me. Again the service was great. Very organized and very clean place from what I can see. I recommend stop here if you are on the road and need a nice place to relax and have a meal. Just not the pasta.

This is more of a 3.5 star review than a 3.
The food was good, decent portions but a bit pricey for simple breakfast fare. What killed it for me was the slow service. It took quite a while for them to take our order, and also for the food to arrive. Coffee refills were also very slow, only 1 was offered. The bill took forever, even after I specifically requested it, our waitress simply forgot about us. After waiting 15 minutes I asked another waitress to ring us up so we could leave. $100 for 2 pancake plates, 1 omelette, and bacon and eggs is a lot. Throw in a 15% tip and that's almost $30pp. Yikes. The place was somewhat busy, but not enough to excuse the slow service. They do get points for turning down the music when our son, who is autistic, requested it.

Service was slow and wraps/quesidillas were not great. Might want to consider stopping elsewhere for a bite.

Unfortunately, I only stopped here off the highway to stretch and use the bathroom, but that being said, it's really nice in there. The barn-style atmosphere, dim relaxing lighting, and clean bathroom were great. I took a glance at the menu, and it looks good, with pub food and breakfast options. Next time I'm up, I'm going to eat here. I can't speak on service or food taste, but I always hate just going somewhere to use a bathroom, so I figured I'd leave a review.

I’ve been coming here since I was born, I’ve seen owners come and go but I can confirm that Blue Moon has used the building and location to its full potential! I highly recommend coming here if you’re new in the area or just looking for an excellent diner experience.

We stopped in for breakfast her and were astonished at the selection of fine foods at a restaurant on the side of the highway. It was elegantly rustic and we were quickly served by lovely TracEy. We had: Blue Moon Benny
Smoked salmon on sautéed spinach, with 3 poached eggs on toasted English muffins topped with roasted red peppers, hollandaise sauce, capers, feta cheese, and fresh dill.
Such a delicious high option for an out of the way spot was delightful and an unexpected surprise !!
