My fam from toronto came to visit and go for dinner so i thought they’d enjoy it here, which they really did. And it’s only 10 minutes from Orillia…… faster than crossing town actually. I’ve come here for breakfasts, lunches and now dinner. Yea, really good food and atmosphere.

What an absolutely cool, old school roadside diner! We had amazing food, excellent service, and such a cute cozy vibe. Also had a great kids menu. Can’t wait to make this a regular stop on our cottage country trips.

Love the vaulted ceiling! Gives that old lodge vibe. I had the beef dip and fries. My guest had the suvlaki. A lot of good pub food on the menu. It wasn't busy.

Stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday night. It was busy but we were seated right away. We were given ample time to review the menu over a half hour. The waitress came and took our drink and food orders and was off. In that time we watched several others come in and get seated . We also watched as the others seated after us started getting their meals before us. The waitress brought us our second tea and told us our dinners would not be long. At this time 3 of the other 4 couples were already eating their meals while we still waited. It was when the 4th meal was brought to the table seated a good 40 minutes after us that I asked the waitress walking by if were actually going get our food , she just pointed to our waitress and kept walking. It was then that we were told that our meals were skipped over in the kitchen and would not be much longer. I understand being busy and I understand mistakes. What I don't understand is the lack of communication when this occurs. They did take 10 percent off our meal for inconvenience and the actual meal when we got it was good. But unfortunately when i leave feeling as though I'm just a number, I don't return. We left an hour and a half after getting there.

The owner of this restaurant is upset at my review and has unfairly accused me to write reviews in order to get review points. I promise this isn’t the case and I’m sorry if I offended you but that was and is not my intentions. I reviewed this place fairly. Yes I had completed multiple reviews in “40 mins” as you have stated. The reason for this is because I write my reviews etc on my note pads on my phone. When I have a moment to post them I do so. This so happened to be the many paces I reviewed and ate at that was on my note pad that had not been posted. I have been to your restaurant a two times. Once on the way up and once leaving from the cottage in Washago and each time I had been disappointed. The staff are rude, the service is slow and most of all the food is awful. I’m not reviewing to be rude nor kind, it’s to be honest.

We had a fantastic meal at the Blue Moon Junction. We had a long day out and all the food hit the spot, especially on a cold autumn day. They were happy to accommodate our large party and the service was top notch. A special shout out to our server Tracy who made us feel at home right from the minute we walked into the restaurant. She also gave a little Halloween treat to our kids!

And to top it all off, their very own Blue Moon Lager is the perfect complement to any meal. Whether you're a local or just passing through, The Blue Moon is a must-visit!
The waitress we had was very friendly and did her job exceptionally well. The interior looks great if you are a fan of the cabin/country sort of aesthetic. We also got our food in a very reasonable time frame and the ribs and fries I had were excellent, the price of which is around the range one would expect for that sort of meal.
If you are looking for a place to have a solid dine in experience and are a fan of the aesthetic I mentioned you can't go wrong choosing this establishment.

I love Blue Moon Junction. The food is great and the atmosphere of the giant chalet is really cool. If you’re looking for a non-chain, family restaurant with an expansive menu of delicious food and friendly staff you have found it. We had our local Lions Christmas Party there last year and the food was the star of the show. Every single item on our custom buffet was incredible. Everyone raved about how good it was. I am so glad I live near by the Blue Moon. I eat there every chance I get.
