This place is always phenomenal. I had the best risotto (with grilled veg, pine nuts, etc.) ever, which is huge coming from am Italian :). Partner ordered the beef pappardelle (a special), and I have to confess that it is making me rethink being vegetarian. Portions are robust, prices are fair, and service is always beyond simply bringing food and taking orders. Always appreciate the good chats. See you again soon :)
Short ribs are amazing! Great food and people here, already been back. A real gem and well worth the short jump off hwy 11 on your way to the cottage!
The food was very good. Lobster Ravioli, short rib ravioli, cod, and short ribs as well as the duck spring rolls. All fantastic. Calamari was so so but we loved our meals and will be going back for sure. It is expensive but it was a special occasion and we splurged. Service could be improved. Overall, I highly recommend and compliments to the chef. Very tasty.
