“Deb’s Restaurant is the kind of old-school greasy diner that never tries to be fancy—and that’s exactly what makes it perfect. It’s been around for ages, the kind of place where regulars have their own tables and the waitress knows your order before you even sit down. The walls are stained with stories, the coffee is bottomless, and yes, you can still light up a smoke while waiting for your eggs and bacon to hit the table.

The food? Absolute bomb. The kind of breakfast that sticks to your ribs and makes you forget about every overpriced café trying to serve “artisan toast.” Deb’s keeps it real—crispy hash browns, bacon cooked just right, toast slathered in butter, and eggs made exactly how you like them. The portions are huge, the prices are fair, and everything comes out fast and hot.

It’s not about atmosphere or décor here—it’s about honest, delicious food that hits the spot every single time. Deb’s is a rare kind of gem, the kind that feels like stepping back into a time when breakfast was greasy, hearty, and cooked with love. If you want the best no-frills breakfast in town, Deb’s is where you go.“

Travelers Inn Canadian
325 N Front St, Belleville - 5.6 miles

“5 star rating! The rooms are affordable, staff is friendly and very forgiving. You can also purchase cold pop at the front desk and they have an extensive selection of travel guides for Oregon and other places I'll never be able to visit. It's within walking distance from Chucks and Shoeles even in socks and slides. The fellow guests were polite and friendly. They even provided us with a vintage ashtray. The only complaint is that the 1970s heating unit only blows cold air and the doors look like they've gone through some trauma. The window side table gives a wonderful view of the beautiful city. Unfortunately they no longer serve breakfast but the comfort inn has a proper spread and is a mere stumble away. Bless up to the Traveller's Inn 😎“
