Maybe clean the machines at more low traffic times. 10:30 and can’t get a chocolate chill? I know first world problems. But not everyone drinks coffee or tea.
Makes more sense to clean these units at more reasonable times.
And then to be stuck in the drive thru for nothing!! 🤦🏼♀️
No hello, no thank you, rude and abrupt. take your money and see you later. Grant, you should do better.
20 minute wait for a single coffee after placing my order in drive thru is unacceptable!!!
