My partner accidentally sent a mobile order to this store when we were in Prescott. He called right away & the lady who answered was SO HELPFUL!We have 30 days to pick up the order so it wasn't a wasted order ??10/10 customer service on this we didn't expect it at all! :)
The food at this location is consistently hot, crispy and tasty. I was bewildered by this as the BKs back home in michigan always suck. The fries, crispy chicken sandwiches and classic chicken sandwiches here have all been honestly fantastic. I think i’ve been here about five or six times and it’s great every time. One of the temptations that i can't help but give in to is the smell of the burgers while walking down Beckwith.Probably the cleanest BK in the chain (seriously - most of their restaurants look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks). But this one surprisingly and consistently sparkles.They are also able to assemble a burger without all the condiments and pattie falling out of the bun like the place with the golden arches in town.
