Excellent food. Excellent service. Only thing I can say is be prepared to wait! They can get super super busy during their peak season. They're the ONLY food shack on the beach in Southampton so they definitely can get swamped! But the wait it worth it, the food is excellent!?Kid-friendliness: It's an outdoor fry shack with a playground on the beach with wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Perfect for childrenParking: Parking here can be extremely difficult! On hot summer days the beach is packed therefore the parking lot around Gerry's is also packed! Often times it's smarter to park up the road and walk down inWheelchair accessibility: There is ample properly marked wheelchair accessible parking spaces in close proximity to Gerry's fry shack as well as fully accessible bathrooms on site!

Gerry's Fast Food is a popular spot at this beach. Expect to wait in line for a while if the beach is busy. Good portion sizes and I've never had a bad food experience. Good place for a simple beachside food hut. Once you get your food you can enjoy it at the pavilion past the playground or the beach instead of the parking lot.Parking: Good sized free municipal parking lot but gets very busy on good beach days.Wheelchair accessibility: Asphalt parking lot with accessibility spaces leads to food hut. No stairs.

Burger was wonderful! I had battered mushrooms my son had a burger and fries. We shared the mushrooms and fries. Both were delicious. Been going to Gerry's for longer than I wish to admit. Owners are lovey people also!

I had a bad experience with the 'new' Gerry's ownership practices, last summer (2022). They've had great Fries in past years, so I drove some distance to get there, only to find a handwritten sign on their window advising that they had 'shut down for the day'. It was raining that day, a weekday in mid-summer, but only lightly. I was there during their advertised hours of business, so I felt it was a very unprofessional way to operate a business, especially a food service business, the only one on the entire beach. The outlet is only open for summer trade, no more than two or three months, yet the owner seems to feel justified in closing down summarily when there is a little bit of drizzle.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Gerry's fast food. I had driven for over 30 minutes to get there, only to be refused service at 2:50pm. This was particularly frustrating considering their online business hours clearly stated that they were open until 7. It's unprofessional and rude to cut off the last group in line 10 minutes before closing, especially when your advertised hours indicate otherwise. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be going back to Gerry's fast food anytime soon.
