Stopped in on our way through on a road trip.......there was no debit but luckily had a $20 & change cash......knowing we don't have extra to spend (cash only) I asked if I could get my sauce on the side with the long drive ahead.....they don't carry any small containers other subways do but said I could get sauce in a soup container for an extra $1 per sauce. Honestly I've run into this issue at other locations and was never asked to pay extra even with a functioning debit system. Definitely not the same without Subways house sauce! The bathroom was very clean so that was great 🙌🏻

Super frustrating the portion sizes keep Getting smaller and if I want the same size I now have to pay extra. What you get charged depends on who is Working behind the counter, and the guy today was literally manhandling the sandwiches. Super rough, throwing the meat and cheese on. What a mess
Figure out consistent portion sizes and stop up charging for everything

Used to be a really great subway, one of the best in ontario. I noticed it must have gone under new management sometime in 2024 and the new workforce?? is not nearly as good as it used to be. Service is slow, portions are small, sandwiches just don’t come out looking good. Lettuce is consistently yellow too. Bring back the ?? good ol staff.

Big plus they change their gloves before serving me Gigantic minus saw the worker picking his nose behind the counter and flicking it away (unfortunately this took place as we were leaving the restaurant). Ughhhh The windows of the serving counter were not fully clean Got the wrong bread for my order but wouldn't even say anything to me when I pointed it out. I think they sure need more education what are the dos and don'ts for working in the food industry. But for myself I won't be there for a very long time again.

Used the app to order ahead and the staff was just finishing when we arrived. Perfectly fresh and they did not go light on the toppings like some places you order from.
