I don’t know what happened to this place. Everytime I come here now the customer service is horrible. Like, okay I even had to pay for a bagel when I couldn’t even get it because they ran out? Yet I still paid for it and I couldn’t get a refund????? The girl was very rude about it and i’m honestly so done with this location, it used to be such a great Tim Hortons now? It is the worse location I have ever been to, every time now the customer service, food, everything is just awful.

I stopped by Tim Hortons yesterday and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The staff was attentive and nice, making the quick service feel warm.
The coffee was consistently good, and I finally got to try their Pumpkin Spice Latte. It was really nice—a perfect balance of spice and sweetness, not too overpowering. Definitely recommend trying it before the season ends!

Literally the worst service
You order a mobile order to be quick & they let you sit there for 10 minutes waiting on a mobile order you placed in port Elgin to get to south it’s still not ready & you have to wait 10 mins and still order your coffee as if you were in line. Besides a few employees terrible costumer service.

The management doesn’t care about what they are operating. The restaurant hasn’t been cleaned in months. And if they think they are cleaning, they r kidding them selves. It’s filthy in there!

Absolutly love Cassidy there sat supervisor / assistant manager ,She's always smiling and friendly excellent with customers .All in all great staff at this time Hortons .Cassidy you are amazing and u keep your staff all organized ...I go everyday just to this Time Hortons sometimes 3-4 times a day .

This Tim Hortons is ok, some of the staff are friendly while others do not even say a word to you at the drive thru or just say your total without any hello, thank you or anything. Multiple times I’ve had orders messed up. The drive thru is insanely slow.

Everything was good, the workers were friendly but my bagel i ordered was more than burnt, it was charred. The one half was relatively okay, just a little bit burnt so it was manageable. But i cannot eat the other half it is so burnt, waste of money unfortunately.
