Everything was good, the workers were friendly but my bagel i ordered was more than burnt, it was charred. The one half was relatively okay, just a little bit burnt so it was manageable. But i cannot eat the other half it is so burnt, waste of money unfortunately.

Today 25th may 2025 at around 5 pm i bought a steep tea. When i took my first sip, i tasted kind of paper/cardboard. But i thought may be the tea wasn't fresh. When i finished my tea, the cup was still heavy. I found hand towel paper at the bottom of my cup. This is a serious issue. You can see the pictures attached.

Got a coffee that I was really looking forward to, it was made incorrectly but the staff went way beyond what was expected to rectify it.thanks Morgan and staff. More than grateful for this coffee I'm currently enjoying 😊
