Very personable staff and super friendly - we dropped by on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2024, and were greeted with a very clean store, well lit (bright and airy), friendly staff who were most personable and a well-stocked display case.
It was a genuine pleasure stopping by this location with this staff on duty.
Truly, it was like a breath of fresh air.
I left feeling no stress whatsoever.
It was around 6 pm or maybe a tad later, and I wish I could recommend the staff on duty at that time for merits and awards because they were outstanding in their customer service.
We will definitely stop by on our way through Southampton again.

We followed a car through the drive through who had a dog with his head sticking out the side window. The lady in the drive through window put her hand out and let the dog lick her hand before serving us our food.
Drive thru India could be a bit more friendly and smile then rather just stare 😄

Wow, I'm from Hamilton, the home of the first Tim Hortons and a long time fan of the franchise in general. This location was awesome, great atmosphere, the staff were electric in how well they worked together as a team, the service was levels above anything I've seen in a Tim Hortons for a very long time and the food was great as expected. Way to go!

I usually have pretty good experiences at Tim Hortons however the last few times have been disappointing! Specials advertised were not available resulting in being overcharged. When trying to access offers, I was given confusing explanations (excuses) why offers were not accessible. Feels like they are trying to charge more than offers suggest.

Went in there for breakfast on Long weekend morning. Enjoyed my egg bagel and chai tea. We were three families altogether. Food was good, staff was nice but the locals weren’t that welcoming. We got a lot of stares ? I don’t why…
