I recently visited Chuck’s Roadhouse and while things started off okay, the experience quickly went downhill.

First, the beer mugs brought to our table looked awful, scratched up, water stains, and bruised glassware that didn’t look clean or well-maintained. When our food arrived, two of the three dishes were fine, but the chicken strips were a real disappointment. They were cold, tasteless, and honestly felt like chewing on cardboard. We asked for a replacement,...

I stopped In here for a meal with a friend while passing through St Catherines, we both had the surf and turf with Filet Mingon, it was delicious, the server was right on the ball, from looking after our drinks to checking in on us from time to time, without being a pain. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and noise was not too much, I will stop In here again if I'm in the area.

The big Chuck's hamburger, Really bad, the meat was extremely over cooked and dry, fries are good, beer is great.
Wings are good but the mild sauce is like simple bbq, get the hot or spicy flavor. Service was good.
