We did not expect to find some of the best Indian food we've had in this modest restaurant on Thorold Stone Road. But we did. Wow, what a delight! Careful, attentive service, an interesting menu including some dishes we'd not heard of before, and absolutely delicious food! We loved it so much, we returned a week later when we were back in Niagara Falls. Jal Mahal will be on our list of places to eat while in town.“

Affordable. Most importantly, the staff is patient and helpful. Good service is hard to come by today. Purplemint Kitchen greatly outclasses the other south asian restaurants in Niagara, which there are many.“
